Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached to be eligible.
Final Sale Items: All clearance, promotional items, and personalized pieces (including embroidery or engraving) are FINAL SALE.
Shoes: Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Returns may be denied if the box is damaged.
